Showing Internet Connection failed even though internet is working?

I just purchased Max TS and I am trying to register it. It is showing Internet Connection failed even though my internet is working.
How to register then?

Usually if there is any issue with updates or activation then Microsoft Internet Explorer is set to Off-line.

To check whether offline mode (Work Offline item) is enabled in Internet Explorer:

For Internet Explorer 7/8
1. Open an Internet Explorer window.
2. In the right top part of the window click Tools.
3. In the menu check if the Work Offline mode is enabled. If the mode is enabled, uncheck Work Offline.

In Internet Explorer 9:

1. Open an Internet Explorer window.
2. On the keyboard press the F10 key.
3. In the top left part of the window click the File menu.
4. In the context menu check if the Work offline mode is enabled. If the mode is enabled, un check Work Offline.

You can also switch Internet Explorer to a normal mode the following way:

1. Open the web browser Internet Explorer.
2. On the keyboard press simultaneouslyAlt+F.
3. In the drop-down menu uncheck Work offline.

Thank you very much :D , unchecking Work Offline from File menu of internet explorer resolved the issue.
