I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and Spyware Detector got unregistered. how to register again?

Sometimes due to the way Windows 10 upgrade assigns user rights on windows registry, product does not get permission and only one time again you have to click on Register now button. This resolves the issues.
